Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based position in Willimantic, Connecticut, for the 20252026 school year. The selected psychologist will play a vital role in assessing student needs, conducting evaluations, and delivering evidence-based interventions designed to improve learning outcomes. In this role, youll collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans that help every student thrive. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify student strengths and needs.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and intervention plans.

Provide counseling and mental health support to students individually or in small groups.

Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive learning environments.

Participate in crisis intervention and behavioral planning as needed.
